UK - Cold Caller I
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, confident, and coachable Cold Caller I to join our outbound team. Your main responsibility will be to make high-volume calls to prospects, introduce our services, and set qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is an entry-level position — perfect for someone looking to break into sales, develop their communication skills, and grow into more advanced roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners using provided scripts and call lists
Qualify leads based on simple criteria (e.g., roof age, damage, homeowner status)
Set appointments for sales reps or estimators using our scheduling system or CRM
Overcome basic objections and handle rejections professionally
Follow up on previous leads or cold call new data based on campaign goals
Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead status in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets
Attend training sessions, team huddles, and ongoing coaching meetings
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills and clear speaking voice
Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/calling software
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and follow a structured call flow
Availability for assigned shifts (evenings or weekends a plus)
Preferred But Not Required:
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Familiarity with roofing, solar, or home service industries
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
